The Under 10s travelled to Clogheen on Saturday, March 31st to participate in a blitz including teams from Ballylooby/Castlegrace, Ballyporeen and Fr Sheehys. The Newcastle team won two of their games and lost the final game by a single point. Well done to all the players, their coaches and the parents who travelled with the team. The team was Jack Rice Fitzpatrick, Ciarán O’Loughlin, Alice Ryan, Yvonne Clancy, Conor Butler, Cormac Butler, Joshua McLean, Stephen O’Connor, Max Zimmerman and Caelain McGrath.

A group of juvenile players attended the National Hurling League game between Tipperary and Cork in Thurles on Sunday last, April 1st. The club would like to thank the organisers of the trip and those who travelled with the juvenile players.
