Juvenile Notes

The under 12 footballers were recently selected to attend the Croke Park football activity day on Tuesday, July 8th. The players were shown around the museum, sat in the VIP boxes and were told about the history of the stadium. They then played a three game blitz winning of their games. The under 12 hurlers have won two games in the championship to date and were narrowly defeated in their third. The under 14 footballers will be playing the football shield on Saturday next in Ballylooby against a combination of Ballylooby and Fr Sheehys. The under 16s are currently in the middle of the hurling championship and are playing well. Congratulations to Alice Ryan on winning a county medal with the Ballymacarbry ladies footballers recently.
