It was a tight encounter at Healy-Farrell Park on a lovely May evening,
in a tight game between Newcastle and An Tóchar in the U13 age grade.

With the game starting later than planned with no appearance from a referee,
it eventually got underway after a replacement was found and the game's length
was reduced to 20 minutes a-half.

This still left enough time for Caisleán Nua to register a scoreline of 7-3
with the goals coming in the way of doubles from Ruben and Jack with
Jamie, Max, and Elliott also registering while the points were taken by
Evan and Max respectively.
